About Positive Psychology
Positive psychology is the science of happiness and well-being – the results of new and extraordinary research that help people and institutions to thrive.
For decades, psychologists have focused almost exclusively on treating mental illness and ‘fixing what is wrong.’ While this is undoubtedly important, it has led to a lack of emphasis on developing strengths, growth, and well-being for those who aren’t necessarily suffering from mental disorders, or those who seek to complement their primary treatment. The absence of mental illness doesn’t automatically lead to
perfect mental health, leaving many without the tools of knowledge to experience more happiness and live an engaged and meaningful life. Positive psychology is a field that directs research scientists’ attention to elements that make our lives worth living: true enjoyment, engagement or being in ‘the zone,’ positive relationships, finding meaning in life, and accomplishing our goals and dreams, among other benefits.

Our team consists of various highly qualified specialists, including graduates of the MAPP degree (Master of Applied Positive Psychology) – a specialized graduate degree offered by only about 15 Universities worldwide; Medical doctors and Ph.D. graduates in Human Resources specializing in corporate strategy and organizational development. The diverse expertise of our team ensures comprehensive and effective solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
